Meet the Panel
Martin Bloem (@mwbloem) is a nutrition expert and senior nutrition advisor at the UN World Food Programme. Nutrition is a core part of WFP's work providing food assistance to the world's most vulnerable people. It's not just a question of getting food to the hungry. It needs to be the right food at the right time!
Rebecca Marmot (@unilever) is Global External Affairs Director at Unilever, one of the world's leading consumer goods companies producing foods, home and personal care brands. Unilever has helped to raise awareness and funds for WFP since 2007. It supports WFP school meals, mother and child health and nutrition programmes, emergency preparedness and emergency response.
Fokko Wientjes (@fokkowientjes) is Director for Corporate Sustainability at Royal DSM, a global sciences company and a world leader in the field of nutrition. DSM joined forces with WFP in 2007, to form the "Improving Nutrition, Improving Lives" partnership, lending its expertise to help improve the nutritional value of the food WFP distributes to those in need.
