The community residents of El Espinillo in the Paraguayan Chaco welcome the delegation of ambassadors and representatives of the international cooperation. Among the residents was Flora Valdez, who later opened her home to the visiting party.

The Ambassadors of Switzerland, France and Korea, a diplomatic delegation from Japan and representatives of KOICA and AECID made a field visit, some 320 km from Asunción, to learn about the situation of indigenous peoples affected by natural disasters and the work carried out by WFP and the Government of Paraguay.
