This final evaluation covers WFP's development project DEV 200493 "Capacity Development in the Framework of the School Feeding Programme" (December 2012 – June 2015). It was intended for both accountability and learning and focuses on assessing: i) the appropriateness and coherence of the operation; ii) its results; and iii) the factors explaining the results
The evaluation assessed a set of technical assistance activities aiming at strengthening national capacities to implement a high-quality and sustainable school feeding programme in Tunisia. The evaluation, which makes a number of recommendations for the future, was managed and conducted by a consultancy firm, with fieldwork taking place in April 2015.
