Aid workers in Burundi worry about food insecurity

"We cannot take shortcuts when it comes to development; we need to absolutely address the basic needs of the population before we go beyond that," Jean-Charles Dei, the World Food Programme's acting humanitarian coordinator for Burundi, told IRIN.
